high pitch buzz under high boost

all started with what seemed like a vaccume leak it was sputtering then turned the car off cleared the cyl 1,2,3,4 misfire code and runs fine but the boost guage is only measuring 15hg of vaccume vs. my usual 20?
ill puts with it tommorrow


not sure what it is gonna take a looksy tommorrow after work hopefully nothing bad...
