Boost leak tool

I have a pesky boost leak., i check the hoses visually and by feeling around, but too no alas, i could not find out why my boost has gradually gone down to 17 psi instead of its normal 22psi. I looked up one on the internet, 67$ what a waste for a cheapy. I built one for 13$ 2 pieces of pvc, a spare pressure guage, and a compressor coupler. one thing i didnt put on is a cuttoff valve, hmm hope my compressor doesnt have a leak in the hose. but i think it should do the trick, i might buy a cutoff and add it too it. i will take pictures to show, it basically looks like the store bought one, but with pvc
