anyone in sd has them? im on stocks right now. i wanna lower the car but not too much. i have been lookin at those 2. i think neuspeed drop is nice, h&r i think is a lil too low. so i was wondering if someone local can meet up so i can take a look to see which would be the best for me. oh ya, im on stock 17s

I have the Neuspeeds on stock shocks on my GLI with 18s. I think the drop is really nice, and the springs feel really good. It is not harsh on bumps or anything. I would suggest getting these, although I have never driven one with the H&Rs.

my friend put the H&R race springs on his rabbit. its definantly a stiffer ride and im sure its lower then what you want to go. but personally even going almost 2 inches down doesnt look THAT low.

To me it doesn't feel that much stiffer than stock. Also, it is still high enough to clear a parking stop, and most curbs front the front.

i dont know why, but i dont like them. i was looking around and found autotech cup kit. it lowers front 1.5 and rear 2. and the price is under 600. so i might be getting that pretty soon, unless anyone has any comment

if i were you i would stick to a big name like nuespeed, vogtland, eibach or h&r. if your looking for a little more comfort the sportlines seem pretty soft on my friends car compared to the H&Rs

I can attest that. the Sportlines give a about a 1.8 F / 1.6 drop and they are surprisingly soft, considering how low (somewhat) they are.

the stock suspension already gives the car a rake, so lowering the front more than the back will still have the rake

my car actually looks evened out, especially with the 18s on.
