what are your opinions of them?

Polarize
UV
etc..


do you use them? which one(s)/brands?

i'm convinced my UV filter is killing my color saturation

ha. i was thinking of getting a circular polarize filter for my 55-200 vr, but i was thinking it might be a waste of money because i can also make colors richer when i post process them. or would that filter actually help?

CP helps cut glare (like on windshields), but it won't kill reflections entirely. I use one on occasion.
