I know a lot of artists that are not fully mainstream as of yet and that are truly something else. They keep it real, and don't try their fame on some show where "america" votes for them on a weekly basis to decide if they are good or worthy. Artists that will one day become great artists. Maybe we can have a section for music alone some day. So in the meantime Post em up!

Manic Hispanic
FUNNY Spanglish remakes of every punk band out there. And the singer can mimic ANY voice out there. Johhny Rotten, Joey Ramone, Glen Danzig, the Green Day guy, Jello Biafra. If you like punk, you'll love these guys.
And at the Fair last year, I saw a local band called Fight the Fear. They've got a really good sound, and I hope to hear more of them in the future.

i'm good family friends with the lead singer of manic hispanic. he's a real cool guy. my dad met him through aa a few years ago. if you like manic, check out cadillac tramps too. that's gabby's (manic's lead singer) other band that plays all over oc. they headline rockabilly shows and other stuff but they sound a lot closer to straight punk than rockabilly.
