I work in the UTC area and am looking for a shop within a 15 mile radius to do a timing belt service on my 2000 2.8 Quattro. Any recommendations?

Del Mar Car Service has taken great care of my car for 20k miles. They're up the 101 off of Carmel Valley Road. Little bit pricey, but they don't take you for a ride.

I had them do some tensioner belts, oil service, and suspension install...

Your best bet is La Jolla AutoTech, Audi & Porsche only. Fair pricing, great service. The only independent I take my car to. 100K and running strong.
They're on miramar road, next to the 76 by the car wash

If you mean Del Mar Car Service, then my dad and I have like four years of service with them. Good bunch of guys, one of the leads just left but his replacement is nice (lacking a bit of personality but..) and they don't charge too much.

I just had my TT timing belt kit installed at La Jolla Auto Tech Audi and Porsche. Very thorough and I left feeling good about this cat.

I recommend Sam Tech Auto in San Marcos. Got my timing belt & water pump changed there last week at a good price, about a 30 min drive and I'm more south of you. Sam and Eric have good experience with Euro's.
