I have an apartment in Old Town Orange, Ca. It's about a block away from the circle. Your half of the rent would be $600.00 plus utilities (about $35.00). It's a two story apartment with 2 bedrooms and one bath. I can't have anyone that is really loud and likes to have parties because the manager lives next door.
