Hey guys I found an Audi for sale 05 A4 3.0 with 24k mile in great condition for like $17,000. Do you guys think this is a good deal?

depends on the options, warranty, and title.

Well it has a warranty that ends until Oct. 08 or 50,000 miles. Clean Title, Dark Blue with White leather interior, no Nav. I like the fact that its a 6 cyl but compared to a 4 cyl 1.8t which one would you guys recommend?

pretty sure everyone likes the 1.8t better becuase you can have more fun with mods.
the V6 is limited to mostly cosmetics, suspension, intake/exhaust mods, and if you got the cash, headers and or a supercharger. If you go 1.8t there are many more upgradeable parts/software options.
I would recommend something with a better warranty; preferably a Certified Pre-Owned warranty from the dealer (covers you up to 100,000 or an additional 4 years iirc). The mileage is low, but you can still expect a good handful of trips to the shop for small stuff, which could nickel and dime the heck out of you after you warranty is up in 6months.
And 4 vs 6 really depends on what direction you want to go with the car.

if u want to go for lookin good then it shouldnt matter what motor u get.
if your worried about "fun factor" the 3L v6 in the audi is worthless. their heavy as hell. last year at wustefest on the way home we were having fun and i easily took one that had intake/exhaust. with just my 12v 2.8L vr6, with just an intake!

I think my A4 is a much better deal than that, and the 2.0T with APR tuning and catback is faster than that shitty v6.
