Actually what I need to is to wipe everything off of the phone. Motorola offers the tools on thier site to reflash the new or updates OS onto the phone... i just need to wipe everything (Pictures, videos, contacts, ringtones, music) off of this one first.

BTW:
Master Reset doesnt work on the Sprint CDMA phones. Retarded....

i have no idea what you're talking about. i did that to an M1 i sold a couple months ago. i set the phone to manufacture's default setting and wiped everything clean.

just take it to a repair center for sprint and ask them to.

There is a reset... but not a master reset.

Used bitPim and wiped and reinstalled the Moto software. All done.

ok cool.

because i was gonna say that there is more to it than just going to security and resetting, but good that you went another route.

Master Clear didnt do it. I used BITPIM to take everything off. Then reflashed it with the Motorola Software Update package. Now I am using Motorola Phone Tools (thank you bit torrent) and making my own ringtones and stuff.
Sprints RAZR's are actually V3M's not V3x's.

well V3x could be X as a variable... I have a V3e from T-mobile....
