Hahahaha... if hybrid cars weren't ugly as sin, I'd consider one... maybe.

A project car is definitely for those who have another car to drive and can afford to do the project.

You're in college, right? My advice to you is to get the more reliable car possible until you graduate, then get a project. That is what Rob and I did. We got the hooptie GTi a couple months before I graduated, and didn't really start working on it until I got a job after graduation.

So maybe you should look into something nice and cheap... Scion xB??? Those are so damn cute :)

no definitely check out the scion tc if anything... or if you're not worried about massive hp check out the suzuki verona.... a friend of mine has one and they're pretty nice and really cheap with a great warranty... oh by the way i won't be making it to the gtg.. had a bit of a financial "issue" come up this morning.. have fun though

I was actually thinking of the scion!!!

I'll be out of the VW scene, but it's a reliable car. Till my project car, then i'll have a VW again! hehe.

I believe I have 2 more years of college, maybe 3. I honestly can't wait to go to the college of my dream! (well there's more than 1 and i'm still in jr. college).
