So after I got my coilovers on and had the RS4's on as well, I would get a grinding noise from both fronts while turning..

Not being able to figure out why the hell it was grinding, I just swapped them out for my stock 16's. No grinding.

Put the RS4's back on today and found out what the grinding was the hard way..

Apparently in corners they're pulling out the fenders. Gotta get em rolled now.

I have 235/35/19 with the fronts only rolled and I'm fine. I did some canyon carving the other day and had no noise or any other problems. I even have spacers in the rear and I don't rub.

What offset and suspension are you running?

I'm running FK coils with +43 offset. (<--- problem, I know)

Tires are 235/35/18.

I just finished cranking up all 4 sides about 3/4 of an inch and now it rides pretty quietly. It still grinds hard during hard cornering though, gotta get the fronts rolled.

For now though, I just did a temp fix and rerolled the spots that popped out back in with my tire iron. Worked pretty well.

Wowsa, that's quite the offset.

How do you like the FK's? I'm thinking about some Vogt GT's or going balls out with a Penske setup.

Same thing with me. Granted my car is pretty low and I have big spacers (25mm/10mm) 235/40/18. Got mine shaved instead of rolled. Easier cause I can just take a dremel to the fender then paying someone.

nope. if you know what your doing you can roll fenders with a hammer without cracking the paint.

Well it takes patience and a little heat. I use a heat gun. Warm up the lip with some heat, not much or it overheats easy. Then with light taps start working the metal. Takes alot of hits but if you work it slowly it will roll over nice and tight and wont crack the paint.
