SCE - Upgrade

On top of the new features, we are moving SCE to a new faster server.

Apologize, but you may expect to see the site being down for 30mins to 1hr.

When we switch over to the new server, DNS will need to be refreshed before you see the new server.

I am expecting us to do the upgrade/move Thursday night around 7pm.
