I curently use ATT for my Home Phone, Long Distance, Internet and DishNetwork Satellite.
and it comes to about $135.00 a month

A TimeWarner Guy stopped by today and they have a deal for only $89.85 a month locked in for two years at that price with no contract!
+ I would get faster internet Road Runner a free HD with a DVDR Box.

They must really want there old customers back.

Dont get me wrong I do like ATT and there service but for the price I think I will have to jump ship.

Someone needs to set up a poll to see what everyone uses for there services.

$89.95 is a great deal for all three services with Time Warner. If that is what you are paying for AT&T I would switch but I might be slightly biased.

That sounds like a pretty good deal.

You might be able to get a pretty good deal from AT&T by switching to Uverse. I think it is in your area. There is also a "quad" package that has TV, telephone, internet, and cellphone for like 150.

$90 sounds pretty good though. I wonder if your area does have Uverse. It seems like Time Warner has been giving people some good deals to try to stop them from switching to AT&T lately.

I'm also a little biased though... sorry Joel. :p

i can't wait til i can get FIOS in my area mmmmm!!!!!!!!!

but yea, time warner works well in my area; not the fastest service, but things have been online and steady for awhile without problems. they are expanded a lot recently, and it seems like a good deal that won't last long.
.. the real question could be, Cable Vs Satellite

i only have cable+internet with them (love the downstream speeds) ~ so i don't know how the digital phone service is... my guess is it can't be too bad?

Uverse is not in my area yet they told me about 2 months ago that they are hoping to have it set up within a year on my street. They told me they are setting up areas with Apartments and Condos first?

The TW deal sounds decent. I've gotten mixed reviews regarding UVerse but, like you, it is not available in my area yet so it wouldn't matter anyway.

No problems with TW. I have their Turbo RR package with a consistent 15 down 2.5 up connection.

Ive had TW at my parents for over 5 years. I think we've had it maybe 8 years or so.

Recently using a different IP based phone for home use.

Overall, TW is great for our area, but then again, i would consider FIOS or Uverse. If its normal ATT DSL, i wouldnt bother, id go TW for sure.

But ive heard great things about Uverse.
