Kobe showed his true colors.

when the spurs went down the court, particularly in the 3rd and 4th quarter, every player touched the ball, plays were run, and the open guy got the shot most of the time. Even if it wasn't a basket, it was a great look.

When the lakers came down, they'd give the ball to kobe and stand on the sides and hope he'd make something happen. The Spurs would double team him or Kobe would get into trouble, and then he'd throw the ball up and hope to draw a foul, or take a shot against tight coverage. It was pathetic.

30 pts on 23 shots and 1 assist. Ginobli had 31 points on 15 shots off the bench. As a whole, the Lakers had 13 assists on 35 shots made, and San Antonio had 22 assists on 38 shots made. San Antonio had an assist on every other basket, LA had an assist on 1 of 3 baskets. My point exactly... San Antonio played team ball, and the Lakers relied on Kobe.

Spurs - 3 players with 20+ points,
Lakers - 5 of the 10 players who played didn't even score 5 points, and Kobe's 30 and Gasol's 15 accounted for more than 50% of the production of the team.

If Kobe continues to be selfish, I hope they continue to lose :tup:

I wasn't directing my post to anyone in particular. It's just something that bugs me (again, not being directed towards anyone in particular) when it comes to these so-called sports fans that seem to jump on whatever bandwagon is popular and spreading their word to the masses without having any real reason of their own behind what they speak. For the most part, I will accept whatever view someone has on something if they are able to give me a legitimate reason as to why they feel that way.

I am really excited for this Celtics/Lakers Final Series. The Celtics had a great season and they truly deserve being where they are. The Lakers had some drama this season, but they put in work to get where they are right now. Game 1 is always just a feeler game for both teams. We'll see what happens in Game 2.

i have never been a fan of any california team in any sport. i was born and raised in socal. i'm a bulls fan first and celtics fan second since the bird series. although, i am not into basketball as i used to be.. it's cool to see them in the finals. i have always loved garnett with the wolves and allen with the bucks. they are a great addition to the team and well deserve a ring.

with that said and to clarify your question/statement Black 1.8t, yes, i am a laker hater as well as a dodger hater.
