California Hybrid Sticker

I saw a sticker on a White Evo today and well... i almost Jacked it. I would never stoop to such a level but it was one of the cleverist things i had seen in a while.
It was in the shape and size of a Yellow CA Diamond lane sticker and read:
Access Denied: California hasn't neutered me.
