over on the right side of your keyboard there are 6 keys between the backspace and the number pad. the upper left key says insert, well right above the insert key there is one that says prt scr/sysrq. hold shift and hit the prt scr button, then open MS Paint, once you have MS paint open click on the view button and press paste. after you have pasted the image save it, once it is saved host it then post it

Or if you're on a mac (the 2 or 3 of us on this board), just hit command/shift/4 and the cursor turns into a crosshair that you can click and drag over the part you wanna capture. A pdf doc is created on your desktop that you can open w/ your image editing program and convert to whatever. if you press command/control/shift/4 whatever you drag over is saved to the clipboard and you can paste it into whatever blank doc you want (word, photoshop, illustrator). In case you don't wanna deal with opening documents.

It's great for copying images off of sites or flash animations where "download image to disk" has been disabled.
