View Full Version : Picked up some new/used glass
A friend of mine is selling off his camera equipment so I couldn't pass up the deal on this. He also has an 80-200mm I might pick up also. He had a 300mm but he already sold it. This one is a Nikon AF Zoom-Nikkor 20-35mm f/2.8 D. New they went for about $1600 but I picked it up for $300. About half of what they are going for on eBay.
Here (http://www.kenrockwell.com/nikon/2035af.htm) is a review and specs on it.

I got it from Adorama for $74.95 with free shipping.
Tamrac 5374 Adventure 74 Digital Photo Backpack for a Small SLR System (http://www.adorama.com/TR5374RB.html)
It's the perfect size. I still have enough room for a flash and one more lens.

I need a bag too, I have 1 bag that can hold my cam and 3 lenses, another bag that holds 3 lenses, and 1 case for the 70-200.
I always think that 3 lenses are good enough when I'm off shooting....then I always wish I had one of the lenses I left at home.
Good buy Eric

Yeah this bag is perfect. If I take my P&S camera out I can fit 2 more lenses. And for the price you can't beat it. We need to set up a photog day soon.
