Vehicle:
2003 Audi A4 1.8t
59,900 miles
I keep getting a "replace left turn indicator bulb," and its been replaced. The blinker behaves as if it is burnt out, (blinking extraordinarily quickly), if the bulb is removed and put back in, it works fine until the vehicle is turned off and ran again. The bulb shows no signs of being burnt out, and the filament is still intact.
In addition to this, the right head lamp recently went out. The driver's message panel reads "right dipped headlamp." The thing that is confusing me, is that both headlamp bulbs were replaced by the dealer not more than a few months ago.
What's going on? What should I check? What is the worse-case-scenario to be expected if I take the car in for a diagnostic? Give me some advice, somebody.
Thanks,
