my codes!!!

got my car scanned via vag com on wednesday and my car pulled 2 codes. i know the 1st one is becuase i need a new cat. but does anyone know what the second one is and what i can/need to do to fix it?

16804 - Catalyst System; Bank 1: Efficiency Below Threshold
P0420 - 35-00 - -
17608 - Boost Pressure Control Valve (N249): Mechanical Malfunction
P1200 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent
