Well I just picked up a bike tonight and I love it. It's a Specialized Langster Chicago Edition. I bought it from a dude off Craigslist. Here are some quick shots I took after a short ride :) .

No way in hell. I hate fixed gears and think biking with no brakes is just stupid. I will keep the SS and two brakes. ;)

pssh thats an outrage im gonna goto san fran this weekend with the girl and gonna make a fixie up there at the bike kitchen its like a membership thing and you take what you find kinda cool and gonna try to get some footage on the new bmx

my thoughts exactly. my friend just bought "fixie" i tried riding it and couldnt get myself to keep pedaling when i wanted to slow down

Nothing that gnarly, but there are some good places around here that are fast, technical and scary. Those guys could do them with their eyes closed though.

Tonight were riding a up/down of the San Juan trail. supposed to be a really good DH run. We shall see.

were doing it tonight leaving at 4pm, will be heading up the trail by 5pm. That gives us 2.5 hours to go up and down.

plenty of time. Besides that we all have HID's if it gets dark at all.
