I have an 08 GTI, wheel pattern 5 x 112. I want to make it 5 x 114.3 because I have another car that I would like to swap wheels with time to time. Who makes such an adapter?

5x100? Did VW change from 5x112 back to 5x100 in '08?

I just picked up the June EuroTuner and there's an article about these hub adapters. They say the latest Dubs are 5 x 100 and the trend is getting adapters to go to 5 x 112 to get the Audi wheels on. The previous GTIs, weren't they 4 lugs?
I'm very new to the Euro club. I'm coming from a Toyota background.

If I'm understanding correctly, you want to use wheels that are 5x114.3 on your car which is 5x112. Use the raderwerks wobble bolts. They are tuv approved and they work great! Many people use them, and i've heard nothing but great things. Also, adapters will increase the amount of poke and decrease offset, and since mkv's need a higher offset, the wheels you start with have to have a really high offset to work with adapters. Wobble bolts ftw!

thanks for the input guys. what I have are chrome black Jlines and gold Iforges for my 5 x 114.3 vehicle. I wanted to put the gold Iforges on CW R32, but I don't want to risk the wobble bolts coming loose and damaging my iforge or the car. The adaptiusa site has adapters but they're a whoopin 1" in thickness.. LOL..
I'll keep looking.. thanks guys for the info..
