IMDB Rated: 5.7
Not the greatest rating... whatever though I might watch this Friday.
I was hoping for a review too! Everyone I've talked to, says its like "The Village", but worse............. Which doesn't surprise me. His movies have been shitty for th most part, I think he is a bad director that got lucky with the Sixth Sense and people keep watching hoping he gets lucky again. After watching the The Village, I was seriously pissed and wanted two hours of my life back.

the happening..i thought it was ok. zohan, i was embarassed to be seen inside the movie theater...
Zohan looks like a stupid, funny Adam Sandler movie, so I will go into to it with my expectations set low, Love Guru looks funny, Kung Fu Panda was awesome, I HIGHLY recommend this movie for anyone.

I will still see The Happening because I like this dudes crude endings. There is nothing worse of an ending than the flop that was Jan 14th of this year in that Cloverfield movie. What a waste of my time and it gave me a minor case of Vertigo.
oh, sorry for letting you guys think this was my review. I will from now on only start these for my witty yet tasteful reviews.

How can you not like "The Village" and "Signs"? The guy is a genius... a twisted genius, but genius none-the-less.

saw this a few days ago.... wasnt really impressed. i loved the villiage though so i was definetly dissapointed in the lack of excitment and unfolding of something interesting at the end.

finally. someone who agrees with me. i love shyamalan's style. people say his movies are all really predictable, but i disagree. perhaps you can guess the general outcome, but the way it happens is totally up in the air.

it just looks stupid. and as for that mike meyers movie... cheap dry laughs just by looking at the commercials. his humor died long ago in his sequels with austin powers.
just can't get around to paying to watch something similarly stupid like "epic movie" and everything alike. :tdown:

Im a M. Night fan, but I have to admit....The Happening is probably the worst move I've seen.
The acting was sooo horrible, it was almost awkward to watch. There wasnt even the usual twist ending.
Good idea put a piss poor execution IMO

well this is gonna be his last paranoia/suspense/horror flick for like the next six years or so, cos hes working on the trilogy for "avatar; the last airbender" mind u this is the american cartoon not the scifi anime james cameron is working on, in live action. which reminds me does anyone know who the new director for the live action "akira" movie is gonna be, again?

WHAT A TWIIIIST!!!what you fail to realize is that the movie "Signs" was not about aliens, but rather about the family of the preacher.
I figure that, since they're the only people in the whole
movie is seems like.
"I'm a preacher, my wife dies, I HATE GOD. My son is dieing!
Help me god, he lives! I LOVE GOD NOW!"

If people missed "the TWWIIIIISTT"
Point it out, because that movies was pretty boring.
No real twist, nothing made you think, no action.
