Maintenance: The car was under warranty until 90k miles, and had the following recently replaced
motor mounts
trans mounts
control arm bushings
Oil has been 0w40 Mobil 1, changed (personally) every ~5k miles
Recent NGK BKR5E spark plugs
F&R brakes (rotors, pads) are very recent and have lots of life remaining.
Tires are also near-new.

Vogtland/Koni (Koni reds, adjustable, installed <3k miles ago)
OEM Recaro seats F&R (black w/ blue accent stitching)

Car has normal aesthetic wear/tear for a nearly 9-year-old car, and has been hand-washed and waxed regularly during our ownership (2 1/2 years).

I'll also include the neuspeed/bilstein suspension that was on this car previously.
