Yep, that was her. She's working on the base, contracting as a software engineer. The GTI has been nothing but reliable after the belt slip issue was fixed by swapping in a Mk3 p/s pulley. It'd be nice if VF would let their customers know about production changes. Oh well, all good now. :)

funny story;

So this morning I wake up and all the cash I left on the night stand (I empty my pockets before I change out of my work clothes) is gone. Probably a little less than 40 bucks. I ask my wife and she didn't do anything with it. I ask my girls and Isabella tells me that Angelina put it all in her piggy bank...

At least they're saving.

btw, the A4 is not a very child seat friendly car for anyone taller than 5' 6" (since I have to put 2 in the car) so I don't expect that if needed the mini will be any less effective.

I will try and make it out t the NC GTG but I rarely have time. I am in school and once I am done it looks like I will be moving t Mammoth. We were there for last season and it looks like we will be going back.

Ha! I just read a really crappy article on Kiplinger.com about "parenting financial success" or something like that. The artcile was really a compilation of reader comments, but the intention was good.

Good to know about the Audi - too bad we sold ours. Got a nice big Pathfinder now in the event of a little surprise (well, and other stuff too). We should be able to fit some bebe's in there with us and Haley no problem with seating for 7 (and fold flat rear 2 rows). GTi's will be interesting.

I really hope you make it to the Big GTG. We need to catch up!
