Two months ago I bought some Creative Recreation Cesario Lo's and I absolutely love those damned kicks. But they have white soles and can get easily stained with just walking across a blacktop (parking lot).

So Today I bought two pairs of Pumas at Marshalls that caught my eye. Tried them on.. ended up buying them. I still like the Creative Recs more, but these are tight too.

Puma Elite and BS Clydes:

BS Clydes are my favorite of the two Pumas.

With that said, i've also been eying a Seiko Kinetic Carbon Nitride watch at Princeton Watches:

And than ever since I had ROP in High School where they sent me to a Harris Gottschalks... I been wanting to get a bottle of Givenchy Blue Label Eau de Toilet....

Lastly... I need new glasses... I don't even want to search for specific frames or i'll go nuts.

Generally, I couldn't give a shit about having something with a particular logo on it, especailly when it costs a lot more than something that looks just like it but DOESN'T have the logo. (______ instert comment about owning 2 Audis here______)
Well, a while ago, I decided that I had to own a Spyder ski jacket. I don't know shit about ski jackets, but I really like the way they look and I know they are good jackets. So I waited until a spring sale and bought one for about 1/2 off. It was still $380 or so, but it will last me a long time and I love it. If anyone was wondering, that's where my avatar came from.

I am so not a Label Whore when it comes to shopping. I refuse to pay a 200% Mark-up for the same made in china crap just because someone's name is on it. I just can't allow myself to get that shallow.

However! When it comes to important things like what kind of car to buy then it must be made in Germany (VW, Mercedes Porsche).
What kind of plane I buy then it must be made in Germany (Extra Flugzeugbau).
What kind of bike to ride then it must be made in America (Harley or Custom Rods. Exception for Italy cause I do loves Ducati).

CREATIVE RECS ARE THE BIZZZ!!! There's only certain things I spend a lot of money or brand name things I own. But I am a complete shoe whore. I've got like 7 pairs of sneaks right now and at one timed the most owned was 10.

Bought these creative recs like 3 months ago, and yes, I've got enough colorful tail feathers for more of the ladies to notice, haha!

I used to care... now I pretty much don't. I wear a beat up pair of nikes, levis jeans, whatever shirt is on the top of the pile, and a well worn hat to work everyday. My watch isn't flashy and neither is my wedding ring.

My priorities have changed drastically in the last decade and brand names are one of the things that just doesn't matter to me much anymore. I still have brands/stores I prefer because of quality and customer service though.

shopping is a way for greedy capitalist societies to distract you from your money and brain power that could be spent on more important things. evidence: something wrong with the economy? here's $600 to buy stuff and things will be all better. if you save it or invest it in other things, you're a communist. be patriotic and spend spend spend. and while you're there, use your credit card too for more stuff you don't need to keep the greedy credit companies in business (oh, and you under the thumb of "the man" to keep paying your credit, or default and have your personal worth devalued because of your credit score).

with that said, when i do buy stuff, which is few and far between, i buy quality made things that fit my body and are investment pieces (i.e. will last a long time and never go out of style).

LOL. The sad this is that out of the 160 or so pairs I have now, I've only actually worn about half of em. The other half are still in the boxes and haven't even been tried on, much less laced up.

Also, I was bored last week so I did some stupid calculations on how much I've spent on shoes. I'd say the average cost per pair is about $125 ea.

So $125 x 160 pairs = ~$20,000 spent on shoes in the past 7 years which makes my annual shoe spending to be a little over $2800 a year.

Coach handbags [yes many]

Coach - the "house" brand of designer bags!

A female friend once told me to never date a girl who owns a coach bag. Thankfully, I've taken her advice :D

top of that, the fashion world is pretty big and diverse, even though its not that bad ..... make sense hahah

someone might love fashion, but doesnt mean they have same taste as someone else

its like music ... someone might like hip hop and nother might like trance ... but they dont know artists from each genre
