which medicine?

So, for the last 3 days, i've felt like complete shit. My whole body feels weak, i barely have any energy, and I had to bail on a trip to havasu today. I'm usually not a medicine person, and try not to take meds when i don't have to. Well, I think now i have to. My question is, does anybody recommend anything for these symptoms?

just drink lotsa water and take some vitamin c (or eat citrus fruit)
if you're achey, tylenol is always good

I recommend you go to a doctor, if you can't wait, urgent care, if they are closed, the ER or tough it out until tomorrow. Self medicating when you have no clue whats wrong with you can lead to very bad stuff. My fiance's mom died from mixing cough syrup and somesort of sleeping pill when she had the flu.
