Hey man, I'm going to be starting at Grossmont next month and I'm trying to find a place too. I want a place near the Grossmont campus though, so I'm not sure if that area works for you.
Let me know what you think, maybe we can find a two bedroom place to rent. I'll be at the socaleuro meet on the 10th so we can meet up there and figure it out.

I'm the guy looking for a place to rent/roomate(s)
Grossmont is too south into San Diego. I was looking for a place to share in North County. So if you have any business up here then we can work something out.

San Clemente is too far north lol. Trying to stay near Poway, Mira Mesa, Rancho Bernardo, PQ, Scripps Ranch, Encinitas, etc
If I were to move up to San Clemente for the room, how much per month would it be rented out for? I'm looking to spend around $400-$500 a month for a small room or my own personal space.

Does you friend have the place already? $450 is right in my price range and Point Loma is somewhere I wouldn't mind living for that price. If you could, could you give me his contact information?
I'm looking to move out near the beginning of August (5th-9th) or the beginning of September (1st-5th) and if you need another roommate to make things cheaper then I have another friend of mine who's coming from the east coast that might be looking to rent so the rent price could be shared amongst each other, etc.
Keep me posted guys because after I come back from annual training (army reserve) I'll need to find a place asap. Otherwise I guess I'm screwed with the rent prices and live off of cup ramen
