Ujaku, it looks like you can either go with some of the repair-shop recommendations in the other threads.

OR, you can post the exact problem you need solved.

There are a lot of VWs in San Diego, and I can't believe that most people take them to the dealerships for service. So there must be a number of good independent shops.
