The Votex kitted Jetta looks MUCH better than stock. (With the exception of the Altezza's)

VW was true to their word by making the GLI just a GTI with 2 extra doors and a trunk.

Looks like my next new car will be a choice between a Jetta V GLI and the A3. It'll probably come down to which I can afford. The Jetta is growing on me quickly, and it definitely looks Euro to me. Sure it has some similarities to its Japanese counterparts, but the car itself is still very German.

I actually likt the styling more of the Jetta V than the GLI but I would want the 2.0FSI engine. I love the factory HID and NAv options as well.

None so far. If it is going to happen it won't be for a few years at best.

Too bad all that design and in the end it reverted to a "ricey" rear end. Those climate controls look very similar to those in my wifes 05 Altima.

front end is good looking... and the tailights with all red will look even better.. and some coils and perfect wheels.
