For decades, the Los Angeles Auto Show has helped automakers ring in the New Year--and they're starting off 2005 with gusto! Covers have come off more than two dozen new cars making their world or North American at the 2005 Los Angeles Auto Show this week. Among the unveilings are 12 world debuts from major manufacturers including Bentley, BMW, Ford, DaimlerChrysler, General Motors, Jaguar, and Volkswagen. Other notable exhibitors include Audi and Porsche, both of which are displaying vehicles making their North American premieres.

Presented here for your enjoyment is our Los Angeles Auto Show coverage. We'll be rolling out a bit more live-from-the-showfloor coverage, and videos from the showfloor will be uploaded soon.

I think the 'fetish' is uglier ... and who the hell came up with that name?

that BMW is damn hot though. If I was in SoCal I'd go to this show for sure, if only to check out the Votex Jetta V.
