Who eats 6 small meals a day?

Not easy to do.

what are your programs?

Eat breakfast (boost metabolism)

Snack

Lunch

Snack

Dinner (no later that 7pm)

Sleep

run every other day, walk the block with the prego wife, every other day.

I've gained 30 pounds since I moved up here so far I've lost 10 of that. I'm working on the other 15 I'd like.

Biggest thing for me is just keeping my Meta up and not eating too late. I don't restrict what I eat, cause I know that I can stay at around 140 without too much work.

i used to

meal replacement shakes and protein bars help alot for those snack times

I eat pretty much all day but I'm not trying to lose weight.

I eat quite a few clif bars during the day.

i cant put weight on for shit!
but i truly believe a bowl of cereal at 11pm works wonders by notwakin up hungry, then eatin breakfast again!

i went swimming last night... and i feel pretty good today
gona try to up the physical activity a bit and see what happens

You'll last longer that 2 minutes in the sack . . . and won't wake up sore!!! HAHAHAHA :D

6 small meals throughout the day isn't hard if you plan according.

I basically eat the same food everyday, everyweek. Trying to maintain a lean n muscular body. ;)

Breakfast
Scoop of whey protein + 1 cup non fat milk and/or
2 tbsp of peanut butter on wheat break + 1 cup non fat milk

Snack
1/2 cup of low fat cottage cheese and an apple

Lunch
Turkey sandwich on wheat bread & a small bag of Sun Chips

Snack
1 cup of cereal + 1 cup non fat milk. (i like honey nut cheerios & honey bunches of oats and i prefer to eat cereal during the afternoon.)

Dinner
Chicken leg & breast, salad, and non fat yogurt

Before Bed
Scoop of whey protein + 1 cup non fat milk


I drink almost a gallon and a half of h20 and take a multi-vitamin everyday .

I go jogging and have an ab workout 3 or 4 times a week for 45 min to an hour.

I lift 2 or 3 times a week.
-Day 1: Chest & Triceps
-Day 2: Biceps & Back
-Day 3: Shoulders & Legs



Some general tips:
-Try not to eat a "heavy" meal a couple of hours before bed to give your body time to digest before you zZzZ.
-Stay hydrated. Drink a gallon of water of day. Drink when your not thirsty.
-Get at least 7 hours of sleep every night.

Ryan, I'm curious, what whey protein do you take and what multi-vitamin do you take? I take the Gold Standard whey protein (rock road, yum) from bodybuilding.com and Animal Pak for my multi-vitamin. Good stuff.
