Car is a 1991 318iS, April 1991 build date. I bought it from a guy on R3V limited, he bought it from a local kid in 2005, I am the 4th owner (original so cal car, bought originally from crevier bmw). Have the original paperwork and all.

ALL 4 WHEEL BEARINGS REPLACED 2006/2007
Pads/rotors all around replaced 2007
New front brake lines 2007
New fan clutch 2007
New intake elbow 2006
Entire cooling system (hoses, thermostat, waterpump) replaced 2005
Entire A/C system replaced 2005 (Yes, The A/C Works)
New Steering rack 2005
New Valve cover gasket 2005
Just changed the oil a week ago along with filter. Car runs great. Paint is in great condition as well. Have a new pan gasket for it, new chain tensioner, fuel filter, misc interior pieces that I never got around to installing and so forth. The car runs extremely strong, is fast and handles great. Only selling to get funds for a down payment. Great Auto-X car, or great start to a track car.
Issues:
1. Car has a front end shimmy at freeway speed. I have brand new control arms and tie rods from Pelican that will be included with the car, haven't had a chance to put them on. This alone is $400 in parts.
2. Reverse lights are not hooked up. Bought it like this, haven't had time or chance to hook them up.
3. Drivers side door handle trim needs to be replaced. $6 from the dealership.
4. 4"x4" carpet pieces removed for the roll bar mounting. If you really want to track it, rip the interior out anyways.
5. Each wheel is blemished, however, they are rare and could be done up really nice.
6. Small dent on the passenger side fender from a shopping cart incident. Can be removed.
7. Needs new shift knob, the one currently on is trashed. I didn't care so didn't get around to doing it.
8. Passenger side mirror lens top layer is delaminating.
9. The tach stopped working about 200 miles ago and has yet to come back on. I just bought the car in May and have not put really any miles on it. I drive it around town and have been out to Fontana once about 2 weeks ago. Otherwise, it sits.
