Collect some information and I'll be happy to attend the event with yalls. Hell, I'll even rent an Audi from Hertz so that you guys won't egg my car. (I've heard stories)
The Golden Gate Chapter is hosting a Driving School from October 3-5, 2008, Audifest08, at the Infineon Raceway, Sonoma, CA.
If you guys don't remember, Sears Point is in GT4. If this is a high performance drivers education (HPDE), count me in.

Gathering a little info for you audi dudes. You can thank me later. :-P
Two days of track...first half day for beginners will be car control exercises in the paddock...(slalom/threshold braking/lane toss)..then two sessions on track the second half of day..and four sessions on day two. This is NOT parade laps.
One of the regulars from e90post will be instructing at this event.

You're half right. I'm trying to fake some rivalry where I know there's none. I was talking with a buddy and he was saying the the socal audi scene, wasn't like that of BMW. Particularly the events and organization of the BMWCCA. I told him, I'm sure there's something. So, I dug some stuff up and I'm sharing it.
Personally, I'm having a kick ass time at HPDEs. I want to share that with local peeps.
Me and the "audi guys" are cool. Or are we. I just realized they make me park on the other side of the street.

Thats because you cant park worth a shit.
The lines are there for you to put your car in between.............
They're not a decorative option of parking lots as you think.

Yeah man. Everyone that i have met from SCE is so "color-blind" to what badge you sport. Its all about geeking out on your common interest. Some, that's bling wheels. Others, thats melting tires.

Then why is it when the parking lot is nearly full, you go into terrors??

Clearly out of context, but it applies:
You can come with your E90..or any other car other than a convertible without a roll cage..or an SUV/pickup. You will need to join the Audi club to be covered under their blanket insurance policy..at $40-44 (yearly fee).
If you join..mention my name (http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=163993)on your Audi Club application and I may win a trip to Austria for the Ice Driving school...

What torque?

What torque?
He's probably referring to the fully warrantied >= (greater than or equal to) E90 M3 amount of torque. I could be wrong.
Enough with the OT stuff. Anyone have any interest in the above event? Nothing wrong with static car shows, but "rolling car shows" infinetly superior imo.

Who can? 1.8t?
My torque is as high as Mt. Everest, and as flat at the top as Kansas.
Mike hates to love me... or is it loves hating me? :D

Seriously... who's this guy with the hard-on picking e-fights??
In all honesty, this is good info though. I'd like to make it out to this, but it's all a matter of whether or not I can get the cash together for it. I keep finding more and more that I need/want for my car...

hehe. Just cause honey is recommended to catch flies doesn't mean that you gotta use it. Vinegar seems to work.
Yeah, seriously ignore the epeen stuff and absorb the knowledge. Road racing > all. Ask the guys who know what it takes to get on track. And ask about what fun it is. Even though no one I know from down here is going up to sonoma, I did talk a few guys into going to Fontana on the 20th. Haha, even my brother. And he drives a saturn. Well, that day, he'll be in a rental mustang but you know what I mean.

I don't pay attention to any of that nonsense. If it comes down to it though, I can e-fight with the best of 'em. I may be new here, but I've been active on AF for a few months at least.
Gotta bump up this post count now... time to start whoring. I have plenty of pics though so it won't be all "lol" posts. Those are worthless additions and the people that post them should be slapped.

Yup. The overwhelming majority of the time I got your back. But, every once in a while, you got mine. Switching it up is fun.
