Ortega Highway closure.....

Highway 74 between the 15 and 5 will be close until Monday. I was planning on taking it to go the the Big GTG, but oh well.

I run highway 74 daily with late exception for work. I load my work truck at Oglebay Norton on the San juan side of 74 and its beginning to dig into my pocket because i have not been able to get in there all week. I know they wouldnt close it unless it was bad i have dodged my share of landslides and rockslides but you know the way people drive ortega some one (or more ) would end up dead because they drive with no concern for safety at all.
Better off being closed til its cleaned up .

I feel your pain.. the 101 and 5 are both closed, along with the 154 and a number of other highways up here. No way to get to the southland :(
