First off, what's the guage supposed to be reading when idling? Next, mine is 1 bar below the 1000rpm mark. Twice in the past week it sounded like it was gonna stall. Any ideas anyone?

Normal idle should be between 800-900 RPM's. When it studders, do you get a check engine light?

Could be alot of things. Sometimes its as stupid as some gunk on the inside of the throttle body. Other times is like a bad accessory pulling the idle down. Its really hard to say.

Do you have any after market parts installed such as a CAI and D/P without cat.???
Mine does the same thing with the parts that I mentioned above. But the idle drops when the Rad. fans kick in. My drops to bout 5-600 rpm's...and idles at 850...

The idle drop could also be from your A/C compressor kicking in.
