new threads not new

When I hit new posts, sometimes a post creeps up top that hasn't been updates

For instance:

Last Post: Today 03:32 PM

Enter the thread and you can see his post was over an hour ago:

It's stupid, but that's the way it works.

When it reality, his post was Today, 02:16 PM
