View Full Version : Possible Drag Strip Day for the SAAB/Volvo Owners??

Ok I want to gauge interest to see who is interested in hitting the Drag Stip to test out their skills and cars on the track??

I am thinking that the end of February or begining of March would be the best times to get out there but I need to check the schedule to be sure.

If you are interested please add your name to the list in the reply and we will find a good date and make it happen.

Had a few ideas...., LACR in Palmdale, Pomona or Carlsbad whatever the group decides is the best spot.

You know i never go down to SD County so I wasnt even aware that it was shut down. thanks for that now it rules down the choices to Fontucky/pomona or LACR Palmdale.

pomona is out asince they no longer host street legals that leave you palmdale, fontana, irwindale, or barona (sd track)

I know at LACR in Palmdale it is $15 to $20 on Saturday afternoons and usually $10 on Friday nights. SO I will start getting some track prices and times together.

You mentioned hot i think but at night right now it is running like 45 degrees so its not too bad for the heat. I was also thinking Irwindale as well??? So what track do you prefer if you go?

There is alwyas the sea level correction that you can do to. :)
