Using SAAB Parts in a 700 series Volvo

This is an article that you Volvo guys may be interested in as it deals with upgrading the boost potential of the 700 series Volvo turbo cars by using various mods and the SAAB APC turbo/knock control system in the car. The SAAB APC system has alwyas been hailed as one of the best knock/boost control systems in the world and I have an 86 C900 that runs 18PSI to prove it as well. Hope this helps some of you in choosing some upgrdade paths in the future.

i had my 760turbo back in '92-'95 and they were doing the Saab knock sensor mod back then

Yeah it gives a little more reliability to your turbo system than using just the megasquirt and a MBC. When you combine the Megasquirt and the APC you can really tune the heck out of your car.
