So... my sister wants me to do her oil change for her. She owns a 95 BMW 318is. I have a few questions

1) How many liters does it carry?
2) Where is the plug so I can drain the oil?
3) Where is the Oil filter located?

Thanks in advance!

At least go get a Haynes or Chilton's manual. Does she have the owner's manual for the car?

Google can be your friend:

she doesn't own one at all nor will she invest in one either. And i'm not going to invest one because it's not my car.

WD40 is not going to help you get the filter off. You need an oil filter wrench for that. Or jam a screwdriver through the side and use it to spin the filter. Be prepared though, it will spill a lot of oil.
