I installed my new rear swaybar from ABD Racing on Friday. While driving and turning left and right I hear something hit. Not to loud but loud enough to hear. If I bounce the car up and down no noise, But left and right I hear it. I double checked everything and all is tight. I even double checked the install and everything is to the directions. Does anyone have any ideas?

I'm Really lost now I jacked it and triple checked it all. Springs, shocks, Bolts, Swaybar, Everything. Tomorrow I will take if off to see what happens. I called ABD and they will look at it for me. For a small fee of 80 Bucks. :wtf: I don't think so. Could it be in the linkage where the rear axel is bolted to the frame?

I just took off the rear Swaybar and the noise is gone. :wtf: Talked to ADB and I am going to retry. We think it might be the Heim link at the end of the swaybay. I am going to play with the Washers. It might be moving to much and hitting the Washers. Lets hope

I wish that was my problem. I just threw in the towel for the night. I will have to take a trip to ABD sometime. I took out the Rear Swaybar and the noise is gone. It has something to do with the install. I have tried everything that not only myself but ABD can think of. I will take the drive to Riverside. I don't know when though, due to the fact that I asked for last friday off to install them.

Ok just incase any one is wondering what happened I will tell. MY install sucked. What I did was hallow out the right hole in the rear axel. It was just big enough to make a click sound...........What I did was buy some rubber washers and put them on both sides of the axel to squeese as much rubber in there as possible so far it works. But I have no clue for how long

Try locating a brass race and cutting it down or possibly urethane if i am accurately visioning what has happened.
