b6 door panel

anyone have any idea about taking off the drivers side door panel? im trying to replace my window switchs because all the material is almost off and it looks white, but all i can find is 1 screw. is there anymore screws? or does the rest pop off? any info would help greatly

i know on my gti and jetta (01) the door handle on the in side comes off and theres two hidden screws then on the inside of the door near the hinge theres a phillips screw there aswell towards the top. the rest of the door just pops outs with a lil biit of prying. hope it helps...
