Hey guys - what' s the power difference between the 12v VR6, and the 24v?

most US spec 12V's made about 180hp, give or take. 24V starts around 200hp and goes up from there.

2.8 12v = 174hp and 181 torque
2.8 24v = 200hp and I believe 187 torque or there about
3.2 24v in R32 = 240hp
