Primedia has the following full time position open and invites qualified applicants to submit their resume indicating their interest in the following position:
Editor-Sport Truck
Consumer Automotive Group
Anaheim, CA
Job summary:
· Responsible for editorial planning and execution of each issue
· Select articles; edit articles and artwork to establish a high level of readership and product preference.
· May write features, cover stories columns and departments.
· Work closely with all editorial staff and freelance editorial contributors.
· Responsible for the timely submission of all editorials, graphics and oversee production process.
· Establish and monitor the editorial financial budget.
· Represent magazine at local, national and international trade shows and build strong links with readers and the industry.
Qualifications:
· Journalism or English degree desired
· Previous experience as an editor in a publishing environment, or equivalent education and experience
· Preference will be given to applicants who have extensive knowledge, links and passion for the Automotive Market and industry.
Salary: To be determined
