OK so here's the link but mind you none of this stuff comes with a warranty,
or at least that's what they told me.
Has anyone heard of this offer and more importantly is anyone thinking about doing it to there car or have the money for the upgrade, I know the closes shop that supports this work is New Dimensions by San Francisco .........
I am speed junky but I don't and won't throw my money away .....
But 360 sounds pretty GOOD ........

Hah! You get a 1.8t to that power without doing the "recommended" modifications and you'd have one undriveable/dead car.
:bs:

dahlback racing has a reputation for high hp cars ... but 360 crank hp is still a lot out of a 1.8t

Even the APR Stage3 puts down around 250-260 whp ... which only puts it around 340hp range

so i guess dahlback is pushing close to it

How? I don't see how those mods can put out that kinda numbers?

We'll if you compare it to the APR Stage3, its very similar.

the Dahlback kit looks like its a turbo, intake manifold and exhaust manifold, injectors, softare ... basically

which is pretty much what a Stage 3 is ....

of course they usually leave out the fact that upgraded Intercool and exhaust system is pretty much required ...

but with all these mods, i think its possible .... of course 360hp is pretty high ... id be more optimistic to see 330hp ... but maybe 360 on 100 oct

It's 9k PLUS the "recommendations"?!?!?

I know of Dahlback being one of the hp rulers of Audis, but they also do a lot of work to the bottom end to get the numbers they do. I've read articles on their stuff, but they also do porting, crank work, different pistons/rods, valve springs, etc......

Sure, I guess if you have a spare 20k to toss in an engine why not? LOL.

Hmm..... for that much I rather do a custom RS6 engine installation, and get more power!

Then again there's the new clutch, diffs, trans.......

I wouldnt doubt them, APR, REVO, or Giac. I will be posting REVO GT28RS numbers real soon on a DYNO so it will be WHP.

um yeah, I can't see how they would even sell that kit to someone who does not have at the very least the FMIC, clutch kit, DV and exhaust. It would not survive!!!! heh, unfortunately I know first hand :o
