I've have had a couple of claims (they go through the same person at Evan's Tire) where liability was clear, but the insured was still out of pocket in the end because of their (how can I put it) "creative views on repair and liability." The amounts were not enought to go into court so the insured was left holding the bag on some of their expenses (or go to small claims court and get dragged through that whole process). Be careful of your dealings w/them.

I don't think he can or should elaborate. Generally, information like this is not supposed to be shared.

Unfortunately, Ncttrnl is right. I can't really elaborate, but I can say this: cars were dropped off and not returned in the same condition, causing the need for claims to get them repaired.

that sucks, I liked the Evans in Vista. I never had any problems with my cars there.
