looks nice from some angles. Hopefully it doesn't turn out lookin like how the toyota matrix looks like in person vs in commercials and ads (alotta bigger than it looked). Definately not feelin the wheels on the car either. Other than that, its got potential.

I'll second that. It looks better than the new jetta and gti anyway.

Likewise ... Nissan and Peugeot are tight though, right? Or is it Renault? I'm thinking Peugeot ... so perhaps they had some influence.
Tone down the looks a bit and it'd be great ... 100X better than the hideous Civic Si concept.

i'm not for sure as far as nissan and peugeot / renault. i think that the wheels take away from it but an overall clean style with ques from the 350 on the headlights and tails.

Some French hatches that came to mind for comparison:
Renault Clio:

Peugeot 206:

Opel Astra:

So I guess this Nissan does look pretty unique + promising ... moreso than some persons might say of an updated European model ;)

From text, "Nissan scratched plans to replace its Sentra with a Renault Megane-based car when it did poorly in U.S. clinics. Now, it will rely on the Megane platform for three new sub-Sentra cars to compete..."
