some moves were slowed down to show the breakdown of some of his moves. but that guy definately shows his strength in power moves!

gymnast turned breaker.

all of his ground work is sick but I didn't see much setup or popping.

What little is shown at the beggining of one set was kinda choppy.

now that was sick.

I used to do a bit of liqwid and shit, my friend was the absolute master - never seen anyone even close to him in skill.

but he'd be the first to admit that he had nothing on these guys ... break dancers are the ultimate dancers, talk about insane fitness and body control!
