#3 looks great but #4 just seems unbalanced. The alignment of the subject doesn't quite look right.

#1. Looks underexposed and I'm not a fan of the yellow cast.

#2. Rawks. Good exposure balance across the picture. The bright, varying colors add some pop to the photo that catch your eye.

#3 and #4. See comments for number 1. #3 could be really interesting with a few small changes. Play with lighting angles to bring out some detail in the face and cast some interesting shadows.
