i actually like how most of the focus is on the hand, and you can still see details of the other hand and mid-ground, but the background is dizzy, good use of focus

i think the color might be tad bland, but thats most likely just do to the actual colors ;)

It was taken indoors without a flash(I don't have one) so that may be the reason. The only source of light was that one lamp because it was at night.
