I have a BlueAnt S4 speakerphone for sale (4 months old). True hands-free answering and outgoing calls, works really well. Firmware upgradable, and works with my iPhone nicely. New, the S4 is $100.
Upgraded my headunit and it has bluetooth built in. Make me an offer.
